2008/10/07 DAYS OF FATE split up from each other
On September, 19th the members of the band DAYS OF FATE came to the conclusion to split up from each other. Despite of that the band will play the advertised gig on October, 16th in Leipzig (Germany). Furthermore it is imaginable that DAYS OF FATE will play a last concert in their home-town Dresden at the end of the year.

Review to the past and large photo update
On June, 27th, DAYS OF FATE played a very intimate and personal concert in Dresden 'Saloppe'. On behalf of the band we'd like to say thank you to all fans for that laid-back and felicitous evening. Photographer Frank Buttenbender has captured many moments of that special event on film. You can take a look at them at his own -> website. These photos as well as pictures taken at the gigs at WGT and in Prague we have put in a new foto gallery called -> GALLERY 2008.

1) DAYS OF FATE in Prague at EPF VIII and in Leipzig at WGT:
Two festival shows DAYS OF FATE will play in the next time - at February, 23rd at Prague Matrix Klub (Czech Republik) at "Electro Prague Festival VIII" and at this year's "Wave Gotik Treffen" at Leipzig Kohlrabizirkus (Germany) on May, 11th. Details to find at -> CONCERTS.
2) New material from DAYS OF FATE:
DAYS OF FATE are about to work hard on new material. The band says that they are satisfied with the results and that fans can expect that new material will be published soon.

That "TRAFFIC" smashes the German dancefloors has been already shown by the entry into the German Alternative Charts (DAC). But we didn't expect to find the album on top of some US radio shows like GothicParadise (www.gothicparadise.com), where it is on position number one in their Club Radio Show.

1) The release date of the 3rd DAYS OF FATE album "TRAFFIC" has been set to be the 23th of March 2007. The album will be released by RabazCO Berlin again and will be distributed by SONY/BMG in Europe. The album will include eleven songs regularely and four bonus tracks as a compensation for the long time to wait for it.

2006/11/13 3rd studio album "TRAFFIC" probably in February 2007
The release of DAYS OF FATE's third album "TRAFFIC" has been postponed until February 2007. This was necessary because of changings in distribution.

2) On the forthcoming album "Traffic" there will be a duet between DAYS OF FATE's singer Torsten K. and the singer of Absurd Minds, Stefan Großmann. DAYS OF FATE themselves have just remixed the Absurd Minds title song "Cycle" for the AM e.p., coming in Autumn/Fall, too. Also, both bands could imagine to go on tour together.

1) The new DAYS OF FATE album likely will be released not until Autumn/Fall. A list of concerts will follow. But the band will start playing their shows in June.

The release of the Camouflage-Tribute-Compilation we`ve spoken of last September is about to be released in March 2005 but only in the U.S.A first. DAYS OF FATE have produced a cover of the Camouflage song "Handsome". The interesting thing is that Camouflage's Heiko Maile has given comments to each song of the compilation. We've just heard that DAYS OF FATE are about to make a contribution to a tribute album dedicated to the famous German electro band CAMOUFLAGE. The US compilation will be released by Synthphony Records New York next year. We are about to find out which song DAYS OF FATE are going to cover and when the compilation will be released in Europe or the rest of the world.

American Fans have had the possibility to listen to current DAYS OF FATE songs for a cuple of weeks. Above all LEAVING MY AVENUE TODAY has been played at the Meltdown Industrial Show (KCR Radio, San Diego State University) and at the New York Radio Show Chartreuse Translucent .
Moreover COVENT GARDEN has been played at the Norwegian underground radio GOTH OG SANT .

The new album "HOME-MADE CAKE OF THE DAY" has been in the charts of the biggest European independent music magazine "Side-Line" for six weeks. Peak position so far: position 11.

At the Austrian WebSite "SynthPop for the Masses" ( www.synthpop.de ) DAYS OF FATE's new album also received the best rating. They say it is "...one of a few albums, where the listener has no desire to push the fast-forward button to skip tracks - on the contrary it often forces you to put the songs on repeat."

We´ve got a new review about "Nervous Times" from England. It´s from "The Electrogarden Network" ( www.electrogarden.com ). If you want to visit this website please note that you have to register yourself there (for free).
Since November RADIO BREMEN (Germany) has got "Nervous Times" on its playlists, too.
It is rumoured that DAYS OF FATE shall make the soundtrack for a Berlin film director. But we´ve got no exact information about that at the moment.

Since November, 5th "Nervous Times" is on the playlist of Radio c.t.96.9 Bochum ( www.radioct.de ) and it´s said to stay there for a while.
Though DAYS OF FATE is not really into the dark scene the absurd minds remix of "Nervous Times" was found on the September playlist of BLACK PLANET RADIO in France.
While an internet investigation we found out that "Nervous Times" is played in the New York radio show "Chartreuse Translucent" ( www.chartrans.com ).
